2.8   How do I configure Voyager to read news?

   Voyager  does  not handle news internally.  It can ony be set up to work
through  MicroDot  II  or  some other external program.  For this option to
work,  you  must  have  a  news  reading  program  properly  installed  and
configured on your machine.
